1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using Tgsims ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your jurisdiction to open an account and use our telecom verification services.

2. Service Description & Infrastructure

Tgsims provides high-reliability, private cellular lines and temporary Non-VoIP telecommunication numbers across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and over 50 global territories. These numbers are engineered to receive SMS verification codes (One-Time Passwords / OTPs) for online platforms, mobile applications, privacy protection, and business testing.

• Activation Windows: Single-use verification numbers remain active for a predetermined session window (typically 15 to 20 minutes). Once an SMS code arrives or the session expires, the number closes.
• Dedicated Lines: Premium US numbers are screened non-VoIP cellular routes with high delivery rates for WhatsApp, Google, and banking platforms.
• Temporary Use: Unless explicitly rented under a long-term plan, numbers are disposable and should not be relied upon as permanent secondary phone lines.

3. Wallet Funding, Balance & Strict Non-Withdrawal Policy

To purchase numbers, users fund their internal Tgsims wallet using approved deposit methods, including Instant Bank Transfers, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, etc.).

• Non-Withdrawable Principle: All deposits made to the platform constitute prepayments for virtual verification services. Once a deposit is credited, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or withdrawn back to any bank account, debit card, or crypto wallet.
• Service-Only Spending: Wallet balances are strictly usable for purchasing virtual phone numbers and SMS verifications on Tgsims.
• No Expiration: Funds deposited into your Tgsims wallet do not expire and will remain securely stored until you choose to utilize them.
• Exchange Rates: Platform pricing is USD-denominated. For Naira deposits, conversions use transparent, live exchange rates locked at the moment of payment creation.

4. Automated SMS Refund Guarantee

We maintain a strict Zero-Charge for Missed SMS policy to guarantee fair service:

• Automatic Wallet Credit: If a carrier line does not receive an incoming SMS code within the active verification window (or if you cancel an order after 3 minutes of waiting without receiving a code), the entire purchase price is immediately refunded in full.
• Internal Destination: All service refunds return directly to your internal Tgsims wallet balance, allowing you to instantly select a replacement carrier line or alternative country.
• Completed Verifications: Once a verification code has been successfully received and delivered to your dashboard, that verification session is marked as completed and is non-refundable.

5. Referral Program & Wallet Redemptions

Tgsims offers an affiliate referral program allowing registered users to earn commissions:

• 5% Commission: When another user registers using your unique 5-character referral code or link, you earn a 5% commission on all their spendings on the platform.
• Referral Wallet: Referral commissions accumulate in a dedicated Referral Wallet separate from your main wallet balance.
• $1.00 Minimum Withdrawal: Once your accumulated referral earnings reach a minimum of $1.00 USD, you may redeem those earnings directly into your main Tgsims wallet balance to spend on services.
• Anti-Fraud: Self-referral, fake multi-accounting, and referral exploitation are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of referral balances.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Tgsims is committed to user privacy, data security, and ethical communication. You agree that you will not use our numbers or platform to:

• Engage in fraud, financial scams, identity theft, or impersonation.
• Send or facilitate unsolicited mass spam, phishing, or abusive communications.
• Bypass legitimate law enforcement or legal subpoenas.
• Violate any local, national, or international telecommunication laws.

Any account found engaging in unlawful conduct will be suspended immediately without entitlement to any remaining wallet balance.

Tgsims is an independent telecommunications service provider. We are not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or officially associated with WhatsApp Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., OpenAI, or any of the third-party platforms for which our verification numbers may be utilized.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, carrier routing latency and third-party app algorithm changes may occasionally cause delivery delays. Our automated refund guarantee ensures you are never charged for unsuccessful activations.
